Localized Health Alert System Overview

The Covid 19 crisis has laid bare the complex and interlocking vulnerabilities between disease detection, health care delivery, supply chain responsiveness and economic fragility. Globalization itself has accelerated the potential spread of diseases. It is critical in these outbreaks to locate and isolate cases as quickly as possible. Moreover, it is also a priority that the general public have reasonable confidence when venturing into public spaces, that those spaces have not had a high traffic of infected individuals. Additionally, any solution to address these goals should be mindful of American social norms around consent and privacy. Our solution aims to “Close the Loop” between these interlocking challenges.
